These 100% American chestnut seeds were carefully collected in our conservation orchard of vigorous trees. But, like all wild-type American chestnuts, they are susceptible to blight. Many of these wild-type mother trees survived multiple deliberate blight inoculations and some trees are over 30 years old.
Each set of nuts has been cared for and will be shipped to you by the experts at Z’s Nutty Ridge. Seed orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.

Nice nuts hopefully they grow to be big trees
they looked good, packaged well.
Planted them as soon as I got them. soil is still moist to touch(now). I have inside in a cool sunroom. keep your fingers cross!
Received the order within 10 days of purchase all nuts appear healthy viable American chestnut seeds. Cold stratification in progress now.
